Our three campuses at Broadgate, 帕丁顿中心 and Regent’s Place are dynamic neighbourhoods, attracting growth customers and sectors, and offering some of the best connected, highest quality and most sustainable space in London. We are delivering our fourth Campus at Canada Water, where we have planning consent to deliver 5平方英尺 of residential, 商业, retail and community space over 53 acres. 零售 & London Urban Logistics accounts for 38% of the portfolio and is focused on retail parks which are aligned to the growth of convenience, online and last mile fulfilment. 零售 parks are the preferred format for retailers due to their affordability and compatibility with omni-channel.
Alongside our retail parks, we have a £1.3bn urban logistics development-led 管道 which will deliver new space through the intensification and repurposing of existing buildings. This is both within our standing portfolio as well as targeting development-led opportunities in high-demand locations within the M25.
